So I’ve created Mojo Kickstart to help you do that!
It’s a 6 week motivation jumpstart to help you maintain a positive perspective and mindset, find your lost mojo and get your spark back!
Over almost a decade of coaching, I’ve realised that motivation is an emotion that ebbs and flows like any other. But when it’s coupled with a positive mindset and accountability, it becomes an unstoppable force!
This is for you if you:

No problem! Mojo Kickstart doesn’t cover the physical side of your training. Instead, it will help you stay positive and motivated through this period so you can do the training your coach has assigned you.
Can't make the live Q&A calls?
No problem. They are recorded and will be available inside the closed Facebook group so you can watch the replay when it suits you.
Busy?
No problem. The weekly emails will take you less than 10 minutes to read, watch and implement. And the weekly live Q&A inside our closed Facebook group are recorded so you can watch them at your leisure. What’s more important to me is not how much you watch or participate, but what you do afterwards to find your spark
